Refund and Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: December 8, 2025
- PURPOSE
This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all programs, courses, and digital products offered by LEV Continuing Education. By enrolling in a program, you agree to this Policy.
- DEFINITIONS
- Live Program: A session held at a scheduled date and time (virtual or in-person).
- On-Demand Program: Pre-recorded or self-paced course available immediately.
- Hybrid Program: A combination of live and on-demand components.
- Digital Materials: Any downloadable or instantly accessible content.
- ON-DEMAND PROGRAMS (NON-REFUNDABLE)
Once access is granted, all sales of on-demand programs are final.
Refunds may be considered only for:
- duplicate purchases, or
- unresolved technical issues (within 7 days of purchase).
- LIVE PROGRAMS (VIRTUAL OR IN-PERSON)
Participant-Initiated Refunds
Time Before Program | Refund Amount |
14+ days | 100% (minus processing fees) |
<7 days | No refund |
No refunds for no-shows, including participant-side technical issues.
Substitutions & Transfers
- Participant substitutions are allowed at no charge (with 2 days prior notice).
- Transfers may be permitted subject to availability.

- HYBRID PROGRAMS
If any on-demand content has already been accessed, only the live portion may be eligible for a partial refund following the Live Program refund schedule.
- DIGITAL MATERIALS
Digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
- PROGRAM CANCELLATION BY LEV
If LEV cancels a program:
- a full refund will be issued, or
- participants may transfer to a future program.
If a program is rescheduled, participants may choose to attend the new date or request a full refund.
LEV is not responsible for secondary expenses (e.g., travel).
- TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
Participants are responsible for:
- stable internet access,
- updated software,
- verifying system compatibility.
Refunds are not issued for participant-side technical issues.
- REQUEST PROCESS
All requests must be made in writing to: jill@levcontinuingeducation.com
Include:
- full name,
- program title,
- purchase date,
- reason for request.
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days.
- EXCEPTIONS
Exceptions may be made for:
- documented medical emergencies,
- bereavement,
- severe unforeseen circumstances.
Supporting documentation may be required.
- MODIFICATIONS
LEV may update this Policy at any time. The most recent version is posted at:
